Production Operative

Responsibilities

• Assemble wooden construction products.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Operate machinery.
• Provide general plant support.

Qualifications

• Good dexterity and comfortable using hand tools and air guns.
• Experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is beneficial.
• Willing to undergo training.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Morning (06:00am – 02:45pm) and Afternoon (3:00pm – 11:00pm), Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Pay: £13.77 – £14.89 per hour.
• Overtime: 1.25× Monday–Friday, 1.5× Saturday, 2.0× Sunday.
• Monthly bonuses once fully trained.
• Opportunities for additional overtime to increase earnings.
