Weekend Support Worker

Role Overview

We are looking for friendly, caring, and engaging people to join our team at Headington, Oxfordshire. Working weekend shifts, you will support people with daily living activities to help them live their best lives.

Location & Hours

Location: Headington, Oxford. Working hours: part‑time weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily living activities.
• Assist supported living service clients with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and additional mental health needs to access the community.
• Help clients become more independent and enjoy a high quality of life.

Qualifications & Training

• No previous care experience required.
• Full Skills for Care endorsed and Investors in People Platinum accredited training will be provided.
• Training includes support to complete a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
