ESP Fitness is looking for several hands-on, mechanically minded technicians to join our team. From assembling equipment in our workshop to installing high-end gyms around the world, no two days are the same.
Role Overview
As part of a dynamic team, you’ll assemble, install, and service ESP’s high-performance products on-site across the UK and internationally. You’ll support operations, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot issues to ensure every installation is flawless.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, service, and repair fitness equipment to the highest standards
- Lead on-site installations across the UK and internationally
- Maintain workshop tools, stock, and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
- Work with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Assist with feedback and testing of new and existing products
The Ideal Candidate
- Mechanically minded and confident with hand/power tools
- Hands-on, adaptable, and thrives in a varied environment
- Positive attitude, professional, and client-facing ready
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications & Requirements
- 13 years experience in assembly, installation, or technical roles
- CSCS card desirable
- Full UK driving licence, access to a car
- Forklift licence desirable
- Passport required international travel expected
- Health & safety aware
