We’re seeking a reliable and communicative website management specialist or small team to take over the maintenance, optimisation, and occasional light development of our AWS-hosted business website.

We’re seeking a reliable and communicative website management specialist or small team to take over the maintenance, optimisation, and occasional light development of our AWS-hosted business website.
About Us:
We are an established financial services group operating across mortgage broking and property investment. Our website is built on a modern tech stack (Node.js, React, hosted on AWS) and includes blog functionality, multilingual content (English/Vietnamese), and lead capture tools (e.g. Calendly).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ongoing AWS maintenance (S3, CloudFront, Route 53, Lambda/API Gateway if applicable)
- Bug fixes and functionality checks
- Blog content uploads (provided by us)
- DNS and domain configuration as required
- Coordination with internal team on small content/layout updates
- UX/UI improvements (minor tweaks, not full redesign)
- Future optimisation advice
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with AWS-based websites
- Knowledge of SEO basics and website speed optimisation
- Attention to detail with multilingual content (no Google Translate)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to follow clear instructions
- Familiarity with blog upload procedures and front-end updates
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of React/Node.js environments
- Familiarity with financial services or real estate sites
- Ability to suggest improvements without overengineering
Engagement Details:
- Ongoing contract preferred (3-month trial to start)
- Estimated workload: ~5–10 hours/month (initial onboarding may be more)
- Budget: USD $20/hour, capped at $250/month
- Communication: Weekly updates via email or task platform + daily check-ins when active
