Production Operator
We have an opportunity for a Production Operator to join our team at Honeywell, in Southend-on-Sea, where you will play a key role in the production line (packing, labelling and implementing quality assurance).
This is a permanent role based fully onsite in Southend and will follow the below rotational shift pattern:
- Week 1: Monday – Thursday 6am – 4pm
- Week 2: Monday – Thursday 4pm – 12:30am, Friday 2pm – 7pm

Key Responsibilities
- Manually and automatically assemble products
- Complete first off quality samples and complete quality documentation
- Ensure efficient running of assembly equipment
- Feed components and replenish materials for assembly/packing processes
- Actively support waste reduction initiatives
- Read and understand quality documentation
- Adhere to health and safety standards
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to operate within a high-volume production/manufacturing environment
- Commitment to achieving the team’s objectives and targets
- Self‑motivated and able to work using own initiative as part of a team
- Experience working with high standard of quality control
- Good communicator at all levels
