We are recruiting for Logistics Operators at our state‑of‑the‑art coffee production plant in Tutbury, Derbyshire.
Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe, built after a £250 million investment over recent years. The factory produces several of the most well‑known Nescafé products in the world through freeze‑dried, spray‑dried and pod coffee production technologies and is also the home of Nescafe Dolce Gusto production in the UK.

Your impact
Ultimately, you will support the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods.
Other key responsibilities
- Ensure high safety standards are adhered to, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Follow inbound and outbound schedules by retrieving, marshalling, and loading pallets as per defined SOPs.
- Load or unload trailers by driving suitable MHEs through loading docks or bays.
- Support factory activities to achieve KPIs, such as delivering packaging materials to the production line in a timely manner.
Your ingredients for success
To be successful in this role you will already have experience within a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
This role will require a valid FLT Counterbalance licence. Applicants without this will not be considered.
Requirements
- Will have at least 2 years previous experience working in a Logistics or Warehousing role.
- Will have the ability to work as part of a cell team delivering compliance in safety and stock management (with SAP).
- Will be able to demonstrate the Nestle competencies and behaviours.
- Will have good numeracy and literacy skills and a knowledge of computer systems including Word, Excel and SAP.
