Benefits
- £27,800 to £35,820 OTE – basic salary (depends on experience) plus uncapped commission

- Full‑time hours: 08:30‑18:00 weekdays, 09:00‑17:00 every fourth Saturday (with day‑in‑lieu)

Training
- Several days of training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
- Purpose‑built training location
- Industry‑leading one‑to‑one and group sessions delivered by experts

Responsibilities
- Book and conduct property inspections
- Negotiate tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Process deposit returns
- Resolve rental arrears
- Process eviction requests
- Ensure properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage complaints
- Complete all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Property Manager
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- IT proficiency
Driving Requirements
- Valid full UK driving licence for a manual car (automatic‑only licences not accepted)
Additional Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Proof of right to work: Passport or birth certificate
- Proof of address
- National Insurance number
- Driver’s licence check
