Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Greater London for a Property Services Technician, to deliver discreet, reliable, and well‑presented maintenance tasks.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in neat workmanship, clear communication, and maintaining the standards expected in high‑value homes.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repair tasks, conducting troubleshooting to diagnose property issues, and delivering high‑quality field services across a variety of property systems. Interacting professionally with clients and maintaining excellent customer service standards is a key part of the role.

Technicians will be expected to ensure all work adheres to compliance and safety standards while providing an exceptional level of workmanship.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair for property systems and infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical and operational issues
  • Experience in Field Service and the ability to work effectively across diverse property environments
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in property maintenance
  • Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Prior experience in premium property maintenance and or hospitality engineering is advantageous
