We are currently recruiting for Production Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing team in Congleton. This is a full‑time, ongoing role working in the production assembly department, ideal for someone with good attention to detail and experience handling small components or wires.
Key Details
- Location: Congleton
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Pay: £12.21 per hour
- Start Date: Immediate starts available
- Contract: Temp‑to‑perm or long‑term for the right candidate
Role Responsibilities
- Assembling products using small, intricate wires and components
- Following detailed instructions and technical drawings
- Ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality control
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
Requirements
- Previous experience in assembly or working with small components preferred
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to work to targets and maintain a clean, safe workspace
