Support Worker – PMLD & Independent Living

Radis Community Care is seeking Support Workers for a new Supported Living Service in Market Rasen, England. In this role, you will support individuals with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and help promote their independence and dignity. Responsibilities include medication administration, personal care, and assisting with daily activities. Various shifts are available including day and night shifts.
