Design Coordinator

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Design Coordinator for various sites: North/South London, Southampton, Portsmouth and Basingstoke.

This role is starting immediately for permanent work.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation, monitoring, and revision of assigned drawings.
• Respond to technical queries and make recommendations to fix problems.
• Assist D&Q Manager with training and advising site management and subcontractors as required.
• Ensure updated information for subcontractor database is passed to procurement and ordering.

Key Requirements

• Engineering or architect related studies or equivalent experience.
• CSCS Card basic level.
• Facades experience, EWI, Cladding, rain screen experience is essential.
• General IT: Competent user MS Excel, MS Word, Project Probe, Microsoft Outlook email and calendars.
• Expert Auto CAD user (3D AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit optional).
