Production Operative – Food Manufacturing

Location: Driffield

Pay Rate: £12.71 – £13.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: Day Shift | Monday to Thursday | 6:00am Start

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a busy food manufacturing company based in Driffield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a clean and warm working environment.

Responsibilities

• General production and packing duties
• Quality checking products
• Working on a fast‑paced production line
• Following hygiene, food safety, and company procedures
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday
• Day shifts only
• Typically 10‑hour shifts
• 6:00am starts

Candidate Requirements

• Previous factory or production experience is preferred but not essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Comfortable carrying out delicate and repetitive tasks
• Reliable with good punctuality and attendance
• Able to work effectively as part of a team

Own transport is recommended for applicants travelling from Hull due to early start times and limited public transport options.
