Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Worthing as a production Technician! If you have previous experience in production or manufacturing – especially working with small components – this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be working in a clean room environment, handling precision components and contributing to high-quality manufacturing processes.
As a Production Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery and equipment
- Completing batch documents
- Understanding and following requirements for an ever-changing environment
- Wearing full PPE
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a manufacturing / production technician, dealing with small components
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Strong attention to detail

This is a permanent position working 7am to 7pm 4 days on, 4 days off. The role includes occasional weekend and bank holiday shifts as part of a rotating schedule. The salary is £24,767 + a £3,100 shift allowance (£27,867). This role is based fully on site in Worthing.
