Job Description:

TEXO Recruitment is looking for an Operations Coordinator to start immediately in Kintore, Aberdeenshire for an external client. This is a temporary-to-permanent, full-time role. The role involves supporting the commercial and delivery teams within the service line and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support assigned projects from tender stage through to completion
  • Coordinate training, certification and competence for offshore and onshore technicians
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for project personnel
  • Support the sales of offshore personnel to new and existing clients
  • Help improve and develop office processes within the Asset Integrity team
  • Work closely with the Technical Director, Operations Manager and Project Manager to ensure projects are well prepared and delivered on time
  • Attend client meetings to discuss upcoming work and completed projects
  • Assist with contract administration and preparation of quotes (technical and commercial)
  • Source project equipment from regional offices and third-party suppliers
  • Raise purchase orders and ensure equipment and personnel are arranged on time and with correct documentation
  • Manage equipment logistics, including export and import
  • Support invoicing and financial reporting
  • Follow Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies
  • Carry out any other duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • HNC/HND/Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
  • Previous experience supporting offshore operational projects
  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of IT literacy
