Position Overview
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Plas Cae Crwn. Plas Cae Crwn is a purpose‑built 40 bed care home with modern facilities, designed to promote independence, comfort and safety for its residents. Plas Cae Crwn is situated in a pleasant residential area of Newtown, conveniently close to a local bus route and shops. The relaxed environment means residents feel right at home.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy and caring environment
