Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing site based in Dunkeswell, Honiton. This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive rates of pay, full training, overtime opportunities, and long-term employment potential.

Shift Options & Pay

• Day Shift (06:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday, 4 working days per week, one fixed day off during the week, weekend overtime available) – £14.50 per hour; overtime after 38 hours paid at £21.75 per hour.
• Night Shift (16:00 – 02:00, Monday to Thursday) – £17.50 per hour; overtime after 38 hours paid at £24.75 per hour.

Key Duties

• Working on a busy production line.
• Weighing, packaging, and labelling products.
• Operating machinery following training.
• Working toward production targets as part of a team.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Previous production or machine operating experience beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
