We’re working with a specialist SEN school in Luton that is looking for dedicated School Support Workers, SEN Teaching Assistants, or Psychology graduates to join their welcoming and supportive team.

About the Role – Luton

As a School Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD. You’ll help pupils build confidence, manage emotions, and engage positively with their learning.

This role is ideal for individuals considering a career in clinical psychology, counselling, social work, youth justice, or education, offering valuable, hands‑on experience in the sector.

Role Details

  • Location: Luton
  • Pay: £465‑£500 per week
  • Sector: Education and Training
  • Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (term‑time only)

The School Support Worker We’re Looking For
