Student & Families Support Worker

NJC 23-28 (dependent on experience)

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our pastoral team for the hours of 8:00 am – 3:40 pm, term time only. This role focuses on developing good working relationships with students and families to encourage a culture of high attendance, enhance a sense of belonging and reduce the impact on education caused by adverse family events. The successful candidate will work closely with our teams that build relationships, support student welfare and sustain high levels of attendance.
