Who are we looking for?
Permanent full-time position. 40 hours per week. With overtime available. Twenty twodays holiday per year, excluding bank holidays,increasing after 3 years ofservice, up to 25 days.

Role and Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming materials, parts, and components.
- Check all parts as per the drawing.
- Inspection of raw material, welding consumables, conducting inspections before, during and after welding.
- Perform inspections and quality of purchased parts, subassemblies using standard physical, and mechanical measurements.
- Quality in rework or reject subassemblies or finished products as required.
- Maintain measurement tool.
- Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures.
- Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
- Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.
- History records for the release of finished goods.
- Preparing the inspection pack for customers.
The ideal candidate
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience within CMM (MCosmos) and Faro Arms will be advantageous although training will be given to right candidate.
- Shall have knowledge and experience in critical processes like MPI, Dye Penetrant, UV and UT testing will be advantageous although training will be given to right candidate.
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, Awareness of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems will be advantageous.
- Able to handle multiple projects.
- Qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with understanding CAD data sent in from customers.
- Experience with MS Office applications
