Temporary to Permanent Customer Service Administrator

£25,000 – £27,000 – Plus Annual Bonus – Potential OTE £30,000
Purpose of Role
To support the Sales Team to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience from order to project completion
Duties
- Responsible for order processing – ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing customers’ expectations during the process and project closure phase.
- To resolve challenges for customers when orders cannot be fulfilled.
- Finalisation of projects under the guidance of Sales Team.
- Adhering to company processes and procedures.
- Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments.
- Build excellent relationships with customers.
Experience
- Experience in customer services
- Knowledge of data based systems
- Good knowledge of MS office (essential)
- Strong Administration and customer service skills
- Ability to work calmly in a busy environment
- NVQ in Business Administration – desired
