Direct Accident was formed in 1996 to assist clients who had been involved in road traffic accidents caused by another party. In that time, we have helped thousands of clients by taking away the worry and inconvenience that inevitably result from an accident caused by somebody else.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The role is focused on maximizing fleet availability through effective coordination of all depot-level vehicle processes, ensuring defects are managed and rectified in line with business KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily yard checks on FuseMetrix
  • Allocate daily work to the valeting team
  • Book vehicles into dealers/bodyshops for repairs and tyre suppliers for replacements
  • Allocate work to drivers for vehicle movements
  • Order valeting stock for the valeting team
  • Liaise with the hire hub to allocate vehicles to claims
  • Assist the Asset Manager with contra swaps and new deliveries
  • Update FuseMetrix with service, maintenance, and warranty information
  • Make vehicles available on FuseMetrix after safety checks and valeting
  • Reconcile accessories list on FuseMetrix (McAMS)
  • Take delivery of new vehicles brought onto the fleet
  • Compile and store vehicle check sheets for future reference
  • Allocate runner vehicles as instructed by the Asset Manager
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as required

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting KPIs
  • Experience in fleet coordination or a similar role is desirable
