We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Fitter / Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team in Horsham. You’ll take ownership of plant reliability – carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance, fixing breakdowns fast, and delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance (PPM and breakdown)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly and safely.
- Carry out maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
- Support process improvements and reliability projects.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter, Maintenance Engineer, or similar.
- Mechanical and/or electrical fault‑finding skills.
- Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, ONC, HNC).
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
