Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level
- Well organised and self‑motivated
- 40 hours per week required, including some weekend work and on‑call responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day support, guidance and information for allocated clients and staff.
- Monitor and check the health and well‑being of clients and staff through face‑to‑face visits, telephone calls and care record monitoring.
- Conduct assessments and reassessments of care needs.
- Safeguard clients and ensure staff receive appropriate training and support.
- Perform any other duties required to support the team and clients.
