Job Description

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Mechanical & Electrical Estimator position for and on behalf of one of our clients.

The position is for a contractor working in a number of sectors, including commercial and residential. They are looking for someone situated in Oxfordshie to support with the estimating and tender process.

Responsibilities

• Take offs
• Applying rates
• Cost controlling
• Attaining quotations from specialist contractors
• Utilising estimating software.
• Some mechanical experience would be ideal.
• Collating quotations and submitting tenders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years experience
• Technologically savvy.
• Some construction knowledge.
• Ideally experience tendering on projects over £250k.
