Description

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transport.
  • Act as a point of contact between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely follow‑up on action items and meeting outcomes.
  • Maintain and organise confidential documents and records.
  • Support event planning and execution as needed.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the department.

Profile

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.

Job Offer
