Onboard Customer Service Assistant – Edinburgh
Our Onboard team at Edinburgh are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Customer Service Assistants.

With over 500,000 customers traveling on our network each week, our Onboard Customer Service Assistants are essential in ensuring passengers stay refreshed and comfortable. Whether selling refreshments from the Onboard shop or providing exceptional at‑seat service with our delightful range of food and drinks in First Class, they help make journeys at 125 mph a pleasant experience.

Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Always provide excellent customer service.
- Good attention to detail; ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
- A positive and proactive approach to the way you work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
