Responsibilities

  • As a Support Worker, you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.
  • Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
  • Communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

  • Pay: £14.50 (Mon‑Fri) £15.80 (Weekends) Per Hour.
  • Bank holidays: paid at time and a half.
  • Paid mileage between your first and last visit: 0.45p per mile (on average 1.4L car consumes 0.12p per mile and 2L car consumes 0.22p per mile).
