Part Time – 7 hours per week, Sunday 9am‑5pm.
Fixed term contract – 6 months.
The Opportunity
This is a varied and interesting post. Responsibilities include: assisting new clients in their referral journey, booking appointments for clinical services, dealing with telephone and email queries from clients and referring veterinary surgeons, managing paperwork, scanning, and ensuring a tidy and professional appearance in areas of responsibility. These activities ensure the provision of gold‑standard customer care.

- Confident, outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Suitable for a Veterinary Student.
