Systems Support & Operations Administrator

Location: Blackpool (on‑site) Salary: £27,000 to £30,000

Axon Moore is partnering with a fast‑growing, design‑led business to recruit a Systems Support & Operations Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a tech‑savvy and proactive individual who enjoys working across systems, processes and people.

You will play a key role in supporting business operations, maintaining internal systems and ensuring all departments have the tools and support they need to operate effectively. Working in a fast‑paced and creative environment, this role offers plenty of variety and the chance to contribute ideas to improve systems and processes across the business.

The Opportunity

You will act as a central support function across the business, helping to manage systems, streamline operations and support multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with data and systems, and contributing to continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing day‑to‑day support across internal systems and business operations
  • Managing and maintaining CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and usability
  • Supporting different departments with system queries, processes and reporting
  • Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
  • Assisting with implementation and optimisation of new systems and tools
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation and user guides
  • Supporting data management, reporting and analysis where required
  • Acting as a key point of contact for system‑related queries across the business
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations

About You

  • Previous experience in a systems support, operations or administrative role
  • Tech‑savvy with a strong interest in systems, data and process improvement
  • Experience working with CRM systems (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to support stakeholders across different teams
  • Proactive and solutions focused with the ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
  • A team player with a positive and adaptable approach
