Responsibilities
- Courseadministration andlogistics includingbut not limited to; schedulingand allocatingcourseson the Training Management System (TMS),administering candidate joining instructions,preparingcourse paperwork,processing certifications,venuere-stock andnew bookingenquiries.
- Arranging and processing actor bookings.
- Booking accommodation for trainers when required.
- Allocating kit to trainersand restocking venueswhen necessary for all course types. This will needmonitoring on an ongoing basis.
- Administration and processing of both Regulatory (QNUK) & Accredited (TAG) courses.
- Sharedresponsibility foroperationsinboxesand dealing with enquiriespromptly.
- Provide support and assistance in the recruitment and onboarding of new trainers.
- Handling all incoming customer enquiries in a timely manner by providing the appropriate service andinformation.
- Stock management and ordering ofproducts. IncludingE-commerceitems,kit and training suppliesand otherlearning materials.
- Providingcustomerquotations and checking product availability.
- E-Commerce order processing from start to finish, creating, packing, and arranging dispatch of Web orders. Updating the order status on WooCommerce as applicable and updating the postage tracking sheet.
- Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database byentering and updating client informationat all times.
- Prepare and produce course reports for the SeniorLeadershipTeam (SLT).
- Support the wider team as and when required, including cover for otheroperationsteam members during leave or busy periods.
- Your attendancewill be requiredat some training coursesas part of the operations team.
- Any other duties requested relevant to the role.
