About Ariya NeuroCare

Responsibilities
Our Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside the neuro‑therapy team to implement goals and strategies, helping people regain lost skills and confidence so that they can move to a more fulfilled life. The role is based in our residential service in Worsbrough, Barnsley. It involves working a varied rota, which is set monthly, and includes evening and weekend work. It may also involve personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service. We promote internal development and offer monthly staff awards and management training programmes.
