Based in the Dover, Kent area, we currently operate two residential children’s homes and are passionate about helping young people build confidence, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes within stable and caring environments.

The Role

We are looking for compassionate, committed, and resilient Residential Support Workers to join our growing team.

You will play a vital role in supporting children and young people in their day-to-day lives, helping to create a stable, caring, and positive home environment where they can thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
  • Support children with daily routines, education, activities, and appointments
  • Promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive behaviour
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in line with safeguarding procedures
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
  • Ensure the home remains a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment

What We’re Looking For

  • A caring and empathetic nature
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations
  • Passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
  • Previous experience in residential childcare or care settings is desirable but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
