Key Responsibilities

• Supporting production requirements alongside Line Leaders and Team Leaders
• Operating machinery within the packing and filling department
• Ensuring all materials are quality approved before use
• Maintaining clean production equipment and work areas
• Adjusting machinery and processes to meet required specifications
• Completing production schedules and quality control documentation
• Working in line with GMP and hygiene standards

What we’re looking for

• Experience within a fast‑paced factory or warehouse setting
• A practical and logical approach to work
• Good numeracy and basic computer skills
• A flexible and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• The ability to recognise faults and resolve issues quickly
• Willingness to work overtime during busy periods
• Experience with changing lines would be advantageous
