Primary Learning Support Assistant – Llantwit Major

Salary: £14.25 per hour
Do you have experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs in a primary school setting? Are you confident delivering 1:1 support across KS1 and KS2? Do you have a patient and adaptable approach to supporting children’s development?
The school is looking to take on a Primary Learning Support Assistant on a full‑time or part‑time basis, starting ASAP. The successful Primary Learning Support Assistant will be working across KS1 and KS2, providing 1:1 support to pupils with ALN, helping to engage them in lessons and support their academic and emotional development.
Qualifications
- Experience working within a primary school setting
- Experience supporting children with ALN
- Proven 1:1 support experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and nurturing approach
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and adaptability
