What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
Temp to Perm role.
- Responsible for the order process ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing customers’ expectations during the off-hire process and project closure phase.
- Resolving challenges for customers when orders cannot be fulfilled completely.
- Finalising projects under the guidance of the Sales team.
- Understanding of PERI processes and procedures.
- Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics, and Accounts.
- Develop relationships with customers’ key personnel.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to assist and reduce their effort in managing projects once deliveries have started.

Qualifications
- Experience in customer services with knowledge of database systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (essential).
- Strong administration and customer service skills, with the ability to work calmly in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and social skills, with a strong work ethic, open and reliable.
- NVQ in Business Administration – desired.
