QC Technician

The role of the QC Technician is to complete the day-to-day workload as prescribed by the daily production schedule and requirements stipulated by the QC Supervisor. You will ensure attention to detail and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control testing of all products (Microbiological, Assay, and Boil testing).
• Microbiological monitoring of plant and equipment using the Accupoint Meter.
• Determining fill levels and monitoring process/waste water quality.
• Organisation and management of samples being sent to external Laboratory.
• Cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of Laboratory equipment.
• Control of production paperwork and stock control of Lab consumables.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of formulation types, ingredient roles, and analytical/test methods.
• Strong attention to detail, project tracking, and KPI measurement skills.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.

Salary & Benefits: £25,911.60 per annum + £195 monthly shift allowance.
