Responsibilities
The post holder will be required to work as part of a flexible maintenance team responsible through the line management structure of Team Leader to Estates Operations Officer, Sector Manager and Area Manager.
Working Hours and Pay
As from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
Qualifications and Requirements
- PVG Scheme membership or record is required. If not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before beginning in post.
- Applicants must have permission to work in the United Kingdom, granted by the UK Visa and Immigration Service.
