Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day‑to‑day running of the business and act as Duty Manager when required.
• Use communication skills to train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service with pride.
• Serve as a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests, keeping them coming back.
