- Proven experience in providing care to people with a range of conditions
- An understanding of person-centred care & support provision
- Excellent communication & strong teamwork skills
- Experience in a supervising & coordinating staff
- IT literacy

- The ability to prioritise & multitask
- A driving licence & access to a vehicle

What you’ll be doing…
- Conducting spot checks and quality audits on care staff
- Supporting new staff through shadow shifts and competency assessments
- Carrying out client reviews and risk assessments
- Investigating and resolving complaints or concerns
- Providing hands‑on care support when needed
- Mentoring and coaching care staff
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards
- Attending safeguarding meetings and MDT reviews
- Maintaining detailed supervision records
What you’ll need…
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice
