We are seeking to appoint a positive, self‑motivated Learning Support Assistant who will join our team within The Ivory Federation. The Ivory Federation is a name given to a strong partnership between three schools, Rushcroft Primary School in Shaw, Propps Hall Primary School in Failsworth, and Springhead Infant School in Saddleworth.

The successful candidate will work closely with children with additional needs across EYFS and Key Stage 1 and therefore must have a strong understanding of child development, inclusive practice and early learning expectation.
Requirements
- Is positive and self‑motivated.
- Has experience supporting children with additional needs, particularly within EYFS and KS1, and holds a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Teaching Support.
- Has a secure understanding of the EYFS framework, early language development and KS1 expectations in phonics, communication and early maths.
- Can adapt learning, communication and routines to meet a range of SEND needs.
- Is professional, has a positive attitude and is supportive of their colleagues.
- Has high expectations for all children and is committed to developing their full potential.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
