Role Purpose
You will work within a specialist, community-based service to provide comprehensive assessment, coordinated care and evidence-based interventions for individuals with complex and often multiple substance misuse needs. You will typically manage a caseload of service users and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flintshire Sorted provides a comprehensive service to young people across Flintshire, including universal, targeted and specialist services. This post will provide targeted and specialist services to support young people at increased risk of using substances and for those identified with a substance misuse problem.
