Holdcroft has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our busy, award-winning parts team based in Crewe. If you have experience within the automotive parts environment and enjoy building strong customer relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing dealership.
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting both trade and retail customers while helping to maximise parts sales and maintain excellent service standards within a fast-paced environment.
Your role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade and retail customers through exceptional service and product knowledge
- Maximise parts sales opportunities while delivering a customer-first experience
- Manage a busy workload with strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ensure all parts orders, systems, and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently
- Provide professional guidance and support to customers regarding parts availability and specifications
- Work collaboratively with the wider aftersales and parts team to achieve departmental goals
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency within a fast-paced parts environment
About You
- We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within a main dealer or motor factor parts environment
- Demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills
- Is highly organised with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload
- Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Is self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused
- Has a genuine passion for the automotive industry
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Has a solid understanding of the automotive parts environment
