Production Operative – Food Manufacturing

Pay: £12.75 per hour

Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)

Hours: 7:30am – 4:15pm, Monday to Friday (38.75 hours)

Early finish on Fridays

We’re recruiting Production Operatives for a growing food manufacturing in Driffield site, supplying major UK retailers.

Working in a chilled environment, you’ll be part of a small team producing bulk food products to strict quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Weighing ingredients to set recipes
• Preparing and mixing food products
• Operating production and slicing machinery
• Completing production paperwork accuratelyMaintaining hygiene and food safety standards
• Supporting team output to meet daily orders

Requirements

• Previous production, factory or food manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Reliable, hands‑on and team‑focused
• Able to travel to site, own transport recommended
