Location: Heritage Suites, Lindley (on-site)
Hours: Part-time – 25 hours per week (weekdays 12-5 with scope for flexibility)
On-call: 1 week in 3 (Fri-Mon phone holding and site attendance if necessary)

Heritage Lindley offers office space, meeting rooms and boutique serviced accommodation in our refurbished Victorian textile mill. We take pride in creating inspiring spaces for our tenants (Heritage Exchange)and calm, premium home-from-home experiences for our overnight guests in Heritage Suites.
The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to take ownership of the day-to-day running of Heritage Suites, together with front desk responsibilities for the wider site. This is a varied, hands‑on role combining guest communication, operations, and front‑of‑house support.

About You
We think this role will suit the type of person who has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining high standards. Someone who is organised, able to manage multiple priorities and confident communicating with guests, suppliers and colleagues. This is ideal for a natural people person, comfortable interacting with a wide range of people and focused on delivering a high standard of service. It would suit someone comfortable taking ownership, solving problems independently and working in a hands‑on role that is not purely desk‑based. Previous experience in customer service would be beneficial. A driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage, particularly for the on‑call responsibility.
