Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative (English & German), you will be part of our international customer service team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our English‑speaking customers, supporting them with inquiries regarding their orders on our platform.

Your role

  • Cultivate customer relationships: being the first point of contact for order‑related questions, working empathically with international customers to find the right solutions.
  • Act in a connected way: serving as a valuable link between customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth processing of orders from item search to returns.
  • Breaking new grounds: handling customer inquiries about orders and acting as an intermediary for cross‑topic issues, providing the best possible shopping experience.
  • Design processes: actively shaping team processes with a direct influence on customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications

  • Languages: fluent in English with at least a C1 level in German.
  • Know‑how: commercial training and initial experience in customer service or a similar customer‑oriented role.
  • Personality: strong communicator with a good sense of customer needs; easy to respond individually.
  • Act digitally: solid knowledge of MS Office and motivation to learn new IT systems.
  • Team spirit: friendly and empathetic manner, reliable work style ensuring stability.
