The Role
As part of our production team, you will:
Assemble and manufacture timber frames in a fast‑paced environment
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
Follow technical drawings and adhere to quality control processes
Meet production targets while maintaining high safety standards
Keep workspaces—including workshop mezzanine, stores, and external storage—clean and organized
Ensure raw materials stored outside are properly covered
Support scheduling and workshop preparation
What We’re Looking For
Experience in carpentry, joinery, or timber frame assembly (preferred but not essential)
Forklift or sideloader experience (preferred but not essential)
Team player with the ability to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Willingness to learn and grow
Requirements
Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Leominster
