Production Operative

Know How Resourcing is recruiting production operatives for our client based in LS13.

This is a hands‑on role working within a fast‑paced production environment, helping to manufacture and prepare high‑quality products to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Operating woodworking machinery and production equipment
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Assisting with packing and loading products for dispatch
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Good attention to detail and strong practical skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Commitment to following health and safety procedures
