Rates: £96.06 per day

We are looking for a talented support worker to assist pupils with social and emotional mental health needs, including school phobic, anxious students, as well as low and high ability ASD and ADHD pupils with challenging behaviour. The role involves building trust with students, teachers, and parents, encouraging and motivating students, and providing empathetic listening.

Skills and experience you’re expected to have

• Empathy and good listening skills
• Encouraging and motivating a positive attitude
• Ability to gain trust from students, teachers, and parents

Compensation & Benefits
