Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs at grades 4-9 (Maths & English) or equivalent
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Self‑motivation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong IT capabilities
- Previous administrative experience in professional or financial services – desirable but not essential
- Full training provided
Responsibilities
- Reception and visitor management post, courier, and stationery coordination
- Document and credit card record management
- Travel, accommodation and hospitality arrangements
- Ad hoc departmental support
