Production Operative (PCM) Rotating Shifts
Location: Weymouth
Type: Temporary on-going (could lead to permanent role)
Shift pattern: Early Mon‑Thurs 06.00 am–14.25 pm, Fridays 06.00 am-12.40 pm; Late Mon‑Thurs 12.15 pm–22.40 pm, Fridays 12.30 pm-19.10 pm.
Pay: £12.86 per hour plus £17.01 per shift (shift allowance). Immediate start. Weekly paid.
You will be feeding/minding machines and making/checking precision components. Check work orders and drawings and report any defects to supervisors. This role involves working with etching techniques and chemicals.
Qualifications
- Experience within a production or engineering environment
- Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions
- Good attention to detail and quality‑driven
- Dexterous, structured and methodical
- Confident communication skills
- Team player
